They are looking for a Sales Director to propel their global outsource services expansion.
Job Description:
- The Director of Business Development will develop a structured outbound sales strategy, help create and develop outbound outreach scripts, and cadences.
- The Director of Business Development will hire, manage, and grow the outbound sales team, with a strong focus on expanding client base within defined market segments.
- The Director of Business Development will nurture large customer base and participate in and/or lead complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts.
- 5-10 years of experience selling services, and building and managing outbound sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond.
- Ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop sales opportunities
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Experience with Business Process Outsourcing
