Location: This is an on-site position where candidates will be reporting to the Austin, TX office daily then transition to hybrid after 90 days or once ramped. Hybrid set up will be 3 days a week with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

Job Description:
- The Sales Development Representative will initiate contact with potential leads via email, phone calls, and other appropriate communication methods to introduce our products/services and qualify their interest and needs.
- The Sales Development Representative collaborate with the sales team to nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients that are not yet ready for direct sales engagement. Keep leads engaged through relevant content and updates.
- The Sales Development Representative will meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. Provide regular updates on progress to sales management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proactive self-starter who can identify opportunities and take the initiative to reach out to potential leads.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
- Comfortable using Salesforce, TechTarget, and other lead generation platforms.
