Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Total Comp: $160,000 - $180,000
The expected salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, sales candidates are eligible to receive additional compensation through commission plans and/or bonuses.

Job Description:
- The Account Executive will be focused on hunting for new business within dedicated sectors, verticals and markets through cold calling, email campaigns, lead generation and follow up, and daily customer sales activities
- The Account Executive will be tasked with running the full sale cycle from prospecting and qualification, through product demonstrations and contract negotiation.
- The Account Executive must be comfortable working and tracking all information within Salesforce and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve sales targets and quota.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of quota attainment
- Experience in managing a pipeline of opportunities in the $25,000-$50,000 range and driving high conversion and win rates
- Previous Sales Training experience with MEDDIC or Challenger preferred
