They are in heavy growth mode and looking to bring on the first Inside Sales Executive to focus on net new business.
Job Description:
- The Inside Sales Executive will report to the CEO and work closely with Marketing and the Business Development team to drive net new logos and revenue.
The Inside Sales Executive will be tasked with running a full sale cycle from prospecting through qualification and demo to close in a transactional sales environment - The Inside Sales Executive will spend about 20% of their time prospecting for net new business and 80% of the time on qualification meetings, demos, and funnel management activities to drive the sales process.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience, running a full sale cycle
- Ideal candidates will have experience selling to a labor-based service industry, ideally within the home services vertical or similar market
- Ability and desire to work in a start-up environment as the first sales person.
- Must be coachable, adaptable and willing to learn through trial and error to refine and create a repeatable process
