They provide a combination of software, training and consulting services mainly surrounding regulatory issues to help support compliance and long term growth. They are looking to grow their team of remote based Regional Sales Managers and looking for a talented sales executive in a multi-state territory multi-state territory covering the upper midwest region of Michigan and Wisconsin.

Location: This is a remote position but candidates must be based within one of the following states: Michigan and Wisconsin. You must be comfortable spending 3 days a week in the field with customers, including driving and plane travel as needed.

Job Description:
- The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with executing on prospecting and sales targets throughout a multi-state territory.
- The Regional Sales Manager will run a full sales cycle with some marketing and BDR support. They must be able to run discovery meetings and client presentation with prospective clients.
- The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable negotiating on contracts and leveraging internal resources and consultants when needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of quota carrying sales experience, with experience presenting in person
- Experience selling to or working within the financial services vertical
- Ability to travel and cover a multi-state territory; up to 50-75% travel within region as needed to meet with customers
