Our client offers an industry-leading suite of specialized software applications designed for the infrastructure, pipeline, and utilities sectors. Their engineering platforms, real-time analytics, and operational models empower organizations to manage risk, ensure compliance, and streamline complex technical workflows.

To support their growing client base, they are looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Engineer to join their team. This proactive, client-facing role combines technical implementation, dedicated client onboarding, and high-level issue resolution for specialized technical software.

Job Description: As a Customer Success Engineer, you will serve as a key technical resource for enterprise clients post-sale. You will drive proactive client engagement, lead software implementation, and provide high-level technical resolution.
Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Onboarding & Support: Lead end-to-end client implementations, serving as the Tier 2 technical expert to investigate and resolve escalated software and engineering issues.
• Client Engagement & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions to drive adoption, while supporting sales and industry events as a domain expert.
• Process & Knowledge Optimization: Partner with internal leadership to build knowledge-base content, improve support workflows, and streamline the client onboarding experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in an engineering, technical support, or technical consulting environment.
• Prior domain exposure to pipeline, utilities, or heavy industry infrastructure software is strongly preferred (SaaS experience is a plus, but not required).
• Exceptional communication abilities with the confidence to lead executive and engineering-level discussions, translate complex technical requirements, and proactively guide client teams through software adoption
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric focus, capable of managing a steady volume of daily client inquiries with clarity and efficiency.

Location: On-site in Houston, TX with flexibility to work 1x/week remotely
