They are hiring remote Account Executives as they expand their salesforce within the United States.
Job Description:
- Prospecting and Engagement: Proactively engaging with key decision-makers at manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and other shift-based operations, including Site Managers, Shift Managers, and Operations Supervisors, through a mix of virtual presentations and on-site meetings to understand their unique transportation challenges and operational needs
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Owning the end-to-end sales process for deals ranging from $500k to $1M gross revenue (ACV), with a 120-day average sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Building Strategic Client Partnerships: Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional implementation support (including on-site ride-alongs with employees), proactive problem-solving, and ongoing communication to ensure high service utilization and sustained client satisfaction.
- 4-10+ years of successful experience in B2B enterprise sales, with a documented track record of closing large deals (consistently $300k+ in contract value) and a clear understanding of the sales process for $500k-$1M+ deals.
- Strong ability to understand the logistical and operational challenges of businesses with shift workers, including workforce management, labor shortages, and employee transportation. Experience in industries like Staffing (especially Light Industrial), Logistics, Manufacturing, or Transportation is highly preferred
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure, consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
Location: This is a remote sales position based in Texas. Candidates must be located in or near major cities such as Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, with the ability to meet with customers and partners (20%) throughout the region.
