Company Profile:

Our client is an internationally based technology company specializing in custom computing solutions that has been around for over 20 years. Their expertise lies in designing, manufacturing, and integrating specialized computing systems, including industrial and defense computing, embedded systems, and IoT solutions, for various industries such as defense, automation, and healthcare.  They are expanding their efforts throughout North America and looking for a talented Vice President of Sales to help them grow their market reach and drive new business. 

Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead a small team in the North America market. The Vice President of Sales will report to the CEO and be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy and driving process improvement to achieve growth targets.

  • Sales Generation and Business Development: Actively manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive pipeline conversion. Foster a customer-centric culture and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative culture and ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve success. 
  • Market Engagement: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies. Represent the company at industry events and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and enhance customer experience.


Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience with at least 8+ years of sales leadership and experience attaining revenue targets of $25-$40m with a small team. 
  • Experience selling Specialized Computers (including integrated racks, tablets, panel PCs and embedded computing), Integrated Systems, Sub-Systems and IoT Device Design. 
  • Ideal candidates will have experience working for an internationally based organization, be process oriented and have a strong-track record of success building high-performing teams. 
 

Location: This is a remote opportunity where candidates will report to the CEO, based in the UK and must be comfortable working flex hours as needed.  Ideal candidates will be based in the Eastern time zone.

Total Comp: $300,000
