Job Description:

• Outside Sales Representative will be working with consumers on a door-to-door basis.
• The Sales Representative will identify and target potential customers within a specific geographic location. The ultimate goal is to develop rapport and have conversations with customers to understand their personal internet needs and preferences.
• Customers welcome discussions on internet alternatives that inform them about features, benefits, product differences, and pricing.
• The goal is to evaluate individual customers' existing and potential needs, and make recommendations to superior cost effective services.

Requirements:

• Direct sales experience is preferred.
• Upbeat positive outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Location: Northern Illinois Area (Rockford / McHenry County)

Base Salary: $41,000
Total Compensation: $60,000 to $100,000 year 1 (uncapped commission) plus sign-on bonus, and guranteed commission for the 1st four pay periods while in training.
