Company Profile:
Our client is a small manufacturer with a strong national presence and excellent brand name recognition as the #1 in their space for the automotive aftermarket products.  They have has been in business for over 30 years and are looking to bring on a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the channel business and a team of manufacturers representatives that are focused on driving sales and revenue through their networks of dealers and brokers. . 


Job Description:

• The National Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing and managing the relationships with the channel partners, with a specific focus on Manufacturers Representatives for the Automotive Aftermarket space.
• The National Sales Manager will support the channel and partner efforts to drive sales by creating training and promotional programs, aiding in sales meetings and working through contract negotiation.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills with exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the manufacturing space, with a preference candidates who have experience within the Automotive Aftermarket space.  
• Candidates must have experience managing Manufacturers Representatives and programs within the channel to drive sales and revenue through the partners. 
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, team-oriented approach, ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once

Location: This is a field-based work environment where candidates will work out of a home office and be willing to travel to meet clients and partners 30-50% of the time on a National scale.
