Company Profile:

Our client is a rapidly growing, dynamic digital agency dedicated to empowering B2B companies through cutting-edge digital technologies, driving innovation in multi-channel commerce. They are seeking highly motivated Sales Development Representatives to join their team and play a key role in introducing new clients to their services.

Job Description:
  • The Sales Development Representative will research target accounts and develop a plan for connecting with them.
  • The Sales Development Representative will qualify outbound leads based on whether their company is a good fit for the Company's technology solutions.
  • The Sales Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact in the sales cycle to filter and qualify top-of-funnel, inbound leads over the phone and email.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a business development role selling technology solutions.
  • You are a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to be in sales and have previous experience in an outbound sales role.
  • You are not afraid of cold calling and you are eager for coaching and have a passion for developing your sales skills.
  • You are engaging in your communication and possess strong storytelling abilities
  • Bachelor's (BA) degree.

Location:  This is a hybrid sales position where ideal candidates will be expected to report to an office in the Chicago, Illinois area 3x a week and work remotely 2x a week.

Base Salary: $55,000 — $60,000
Total Compensation: $80,000 — $90,000
