Our client is a privately-owned, global leader in the Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) SaaS solution space. They have built industry-leading, AI and ML driven platforms that help the world's leading manufacturers and top brands deliver exceptional after-sales service experience. They are looking for a Sr. Project Manager who is a self-starter with strong hands-on execution skills to support key clients through the implementation phase to ensure customer goals are met and exceeded. 


Job Description:

• The Sr. Project Manager will be tasked with joining sales calls to scope the project, set timelines and estimate cost to ensure a complete SOW is prepared and presented to the clients. 
• The Sr. Project Manager must be comfortable handling 2-4 projects at any given time, with an average completion time of 6-12 month and budget of $250,000 to $2,000,000
• The Sr. Project Manager will manage the client relationship from contract, to go-live and through implementation, before passing the account off to a Customer Success Manager

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of project management experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Supply Chain Management software
• Ideal candidates will have prior consulting experience or experience implementing custom SaaS solutions 
• Ability to work in global organization with prior experience coordinating technical resources based in Europe and India 

Location: This is a remote work opportunity covering the entire North America Region but candidates must be located in either Eastern or Central timezones; Traveling up to 35% to meet with key accounts and team members as needed

Total Comp: $150,000 - $220,000
