Burlington, MA - Our client has recently relocated their headquarters to the United States and is focused on expanding their US footprint. As the winner of numerous technology awards our client is highly regarded as a leader in their space. Their analytical software has transformed the way research is done across all industries and verticals. They are looking for a Global Team Lead for their Commercial Sector Accounts!
• As the Senior Account Director (Team Lead) your core responsibility is overseeing a global sales team (3 director reports) as well as driving revenue through the commercial sector.
• The Senior Account Director (Team Lead) is a player-coach opportunity, focused on hunting for business, managing key accounts and overseeing overall team revenue and KPIs/metrics.
• The Senior Account Director will be traveling about 20% on a global level, including sales meetings, trade shows and events.
• 3+ years Software Sales Experience
• 2+ years in a team lead or player-coach management position
• Entrepreneurial attitude and strong presentation skills
• Must have hands on approach to sales and be comfortable closing business
• MUST have a Bachelor's Degree
Location: Reporting daily to a Burlington, MA office; Travel approximately 20% on a global level
Base Comp: $80,000 - $80,000
Total Comp: $120,000 - $120,000
