Location: Reporting to an office daily in Houston, TX with flexibility for 1x/week remote after initial probation period.

Job Description
- The Business Development Representative is the first line of contact for potential customers and they will be expected to find and qualify prospects using cold email, cold calling, social selling, networking and events to drive sales leads for the AE and AM teams,
- The Business Development Representative should be comfortable working in a team based environment and collaborating with senior sales leaders, marketing and product to ensure the right solution is discussed with the prospects.
- The Business Development Representative will be measured on KPIs for outbound calls made and sales accepted leads (demos) set each month.
- Drive to be successful in a metrics driven sales environment
- Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold-calls as well as social selling at networking events.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, coachable and performs well inside team environment
