Job Description:

Treeline is looking for an entry-level Account Coordinator in our Wakefield office to help with various Account Management and Operations responsibilities.

  • The Account Coordinator requires a hard-working, eager to learn and willing to roll up their sleeves to get any job done.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, who can prioritize top tasks and handle multiple projects at once.
  • This individual will be client facing and must feel comfortable speaking and communicating at an executive level.
  • Direct professional knowledge in the recruiting/ account management space is not required


  • Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, the Account Coordinator will be focused on logging client requirements during intake calls and building out job descriptions both internally and externally
  • Scheduling candidate and client interviews by coordinating availability and sending calendar invites to both parties
  • Working in multiple Application Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM) to manage the process, including but not limited to applications such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever and Taleo.
  • Various one-off research projects and administrative support tasks


  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator level work environment (internships okay)
  • Must have strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
  • Quick learner for new systems/interfaces
  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or related field


  • Base Salary between $35,000 – $45,000
