Our client is a pioneer in the Talent Management SaaS area. They work with SMB through Enterprise accounts on a global scale with a solution that helps companies with application tracking, onboarding, as well as performance and goal management. They have a strong and diverse team that has resulted in over 300% growth the last 3 years and due to their success they are expanding their leadership team and looking for an Inside Sales Manager!
• The Inside Sales Manager will be managing a team of a full quota carrying representatives, working on deals from demo through close in an inside sales environment.
• The Inside Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing KPIs, assisting on Demos and Real-Time Coaching calls with the team, as well as assist in recruiting and training
• The Inside Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and maintain all activity in SFDC
• 5+ years in an inside sales, SaaS selling environment
• 3+ years of managing an inside sales team
• Experience tracking and creating reports in SFDC.
Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office
Base Comp: $100,000 - $125,000
Total Comp: $235,000 - $250,000
