Account Executive - Property Management Software

Our client is a start-up in the property management software space, having developed a fully customizable and user-friendly platform to handle and simplify day to day tasks. While Real Estate has been an industry dominated by in person meetings, the pandemic has caused a huge shift in the industry and our client has found a ton of recent success. As they continue to grow their team, they are looking for an Account Executive to continue to push the envelope and drive new business.


Job Description:

--The Account Executive must thrive in a fast-paced and transactional sales environment, on average reps are doing 1-2 demos/day and closing 1 deal/week
--The Account Executive will maintain daily and weekly activity metrics through both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
--The Account Executive will be covering a large territory through and running a full sale cycle of cold calling, running demos and remote presentations and closing business on annual contracts

Requirements:

--2+ Years in a full quota carrying B2B sales environment
--Previous experience running software demos on own
--Bachelor’s Degree Required; Preference for someone with a background in Business or Finance


Location: The team is currently working remote due to Covid-19, but the expectation will be for all candidates to report to a Los Angeles, CA based office (About 10 minutes from LAX)
