LATAM Channel Manager – Manufacturing Software

Our client has been an international leader in the manufacturing software space for over 20 years. They work with some of the largest names in the business, such as Raytheon and Pratt & Whitney to help them manage their manufacturing equipment. Their software creates increased utilization and optimization of all equipment and tools, resulting in speed and reduced costs. They are looking for a talented Spanish Speaking Channel Manager to cover both new and existing relationships throughout the LATAM market!
--The Channel Manager will work with both indirect and direct sales channels throughout LATAM.
--The Channel Manager will split their time in the following areas: 50% Developing new channel partners, 15% Managing existing partners, 35% growing overall sales in LATAM.
--The Channel Manager will develop a partner onboarding and training program in addition to assisting on high-level presentations and demos as needed
--MUST be fluent in Spanish; Preference for someone who also speaks Portuguese, but not required
--3+ Years of experience in channel sales, strategic alliances or partnership management focused role
--Previous experience with manufacturing related technology or equipment
Location: This is a remote work opportunity covering LATAM; the ideal candidate will be located in Texas and will be expected to travel to South America 1x/Quarter (up to 30% travel)
Base Comp: $65,000 - $70,000
Total Comp: $100,000 - $125,000
