Director of Enterprise Sales – East – Security Software

Our client is a high growth organization that has continued to find success by doubling in size year-after-year. They focus on IT security solutions that deliver visibility and simplify compliance and risk management. They have simple and innovative solutions that are used from medium to large enterprise accounts in over 50 countries. They are expanding their footprint within the Fortune 500 and have doubled their Remote Enterprise Account Executive throughout the US. Due to this growth, they are looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of reps and managers.
--The Director of Enterprise Sales will be a direct manager, overseeing managers and enterprise sales reps and focused on coaching, mentoring and growing sales within Enterprise Accounts
--The Director of Enterprise Sales must be able to work with senior leaders to establish GoToMarket strategy, establish team budgets and quotas, and work with the team to achieve goals.
--The Director of Enterprise Sales must have experience working within the Fortune 500 and developing business with CIOs, CTOs, Owners, Presidents and Directors of IT.
--10+ years of experience in a full closing, quota-carrying software sales environment.
--5+ years in managing a team in a Cyber Security sales environment
--Must have experience managing an enterprise team, coaching reps with $1m+ quotas
Location: MUST live on the East Coast.
Remote, work from home opportunity where you will be managing a West Coast Team; Travel to clients 30-40%
Total Compensation: $300k-$350k+Stock
Base Comp: Depending on Experience
