Growing SaaS organization targeting the Healthcare Space is looking for a Sales Director to lead their team of Enterprise Account Executives in the Greater Boston Area.
--The Sales Director will be a hands-on leader working directly with a team of 5-6 Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and refine sales process and messaging
--The Sales Director must be comfortable measuring KPIs, running forecasting meetings and achieving quota targets.
--This position reports to the VP of Sales
--3-5 Years Managing a team in a SaaS sales environment
--Must have direct experience within the healthcare or life sciences space
--Proven experience creating and leading a positive, successful sales culture in a pre-ipo/start-up organization.
Location: Reporting daily to a Northshore, MA office (currently WFH as we monitor the Covid-19 situation); Limited travel anticipated
Base Comp: $150,000 - $150,000
Total Comp: $300,000 - $300,000
