Global Renewals Manager - Open-Source Software

Our Client is transforming the world with their technology. They have an opensource and commercial offering of their application development software. They stand alone from a platform perspective and are in heavy growth mode as an organization. Due to their growth, they are looking to add a Global Manager to their leadership team to oversee and manage a team Account Managers focused on driving Renewal Business.
--The Renewals Manager will be responsible for managing a small team across the US, EMEA and APAC, from the US.
--The Renewals Manager will be tasked with increasing pricing for legacy customers and renewing contracts with limited churn
--The Renewals Manager will create, manage and monitor metrics - this person will be tasked with optimizing processes throughout the client lifecycle
--The Renewals Manager will also oversee a few key clients directly.
--3+ Years Managing a global team from the US.
--3-5 Years of renewal, customer success or account management experience with a heavy focus on retention.
--Preference for experience with an OSS (Open-Source Software) sales organization, or other similar technology
--Bachelor’s Degree Required
Location: Working in a Boston-based office with flexibility to work from home, Limited travel anticipated but must be comfortable working global hours
