Our client is seeking a Vice President of Account Management. The Vice President will lead a team of Account Managers and focus on the growth of their existing client base. Responsibilities will include leading a business-to-business enterprise account management and engagement as well as rigorous and targeted revenue retention and growth. You will have a team of 6-10 Account Managers with revenues exceeding $50 million annually. You will need to be efficient in managing service deployment, delivery, resolution, customer care and user satisfaction.
Candidates must have a degree and have a very strong knowledge of Property Insurance and or other related industry. Must have 8+ years of experience within client retention/account management. Also must have 3+ years of management experience. Experience with revenue models, forecasting, sales metrics, sales compensation, operational process and expense management. Our client is growing, so enthusiastic, dynamic and hands on management experience is a must. Candidates must have a demonstrated track record in leading successful sales teams, managing an account base, and achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Travel is approximately 50% nationwide.
Base Comp: $150,000 – $175,000
Total Comp: $200,000 – $225,000
