Our client is a UK based software company that is looking to build a North American office in the Boston area. They provide a single pane of glass for managing and monitoring distributed IT infrastructures. They offer monitoring software for IT departments to view performance of in-house IT centers, Performance of Servers, Cloud, and Applications.
This is a tremendous opportunity to join a growing company that is looking to build a solid foundation in the US market place. This candidate will build the office in the Boston area and will be a pillar in the North American market place. This is a “hands on” Player/Coach software sales management role, working to build, grow and lead a team of 12+. On top of building the team, you will be responsible to help the team define opportunities in the US. Autonomous, self starter sales role that will grow as the office grows. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and CEO.
· 10+ years of software sales experience – 3+ years of software management
· Security, Monitoring, Virtualization, System Management SW experience is a plus
· SFDC experience
· Full sales cycle selling
· Autonomous, self starter, mature, trust worthy
· Small company experience
Base Comp: $125,000 – $125,000
Total Comp: $250,000 – $250,000
