The Sales Director will be the first person hired in the United States. You will be responsible for building new business and gaining market share. This is a pure boot strap startup opportunity where the right candidate will be hard working, outgoing and independent. You will be charged with new business development to gain market share. This is a subscription based sell so building relationships for long-term success is key.
Candidates must have a degree and have a very strong knowledge of ERP/Supply chain solutions. 4+ years of experience selling software is a must. Must be goal-oriented, self starter and wants a startup opportunity.
Base Comp: $75,000 – $90,000
Total Comp: $105,000 – $120,000
