This is an inside sales position for an experienced, consultative, sales person who can become a trusted advisor to seniors exploring the possibility of transitioning to independent living. The sales process/conversation is prolonged during which prospective customers learn the value of the community and become excited about the lifestyle possibilities. This position requires empathetic sales people who are good listeners. This also requires the ability to manage a lot of information and remain organized to ensure good conversion is occurring through a healthy ongoing pipeline.
– 5-10+ years of experience
– Real Estate experience
– Intelligence, patience, listening skills
– Some limited evening hours but very little travel
– Ability to report into the office daily south of Boston
– 4yr Degree
