The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for an existing team. The responsibilities include full cycle talent management. You must feel confident with your ability to hire, train, motivate, mentor and sustain a top producing sales team.
Candidates must have a degree and have a very strong knowledge of SFDC, sales hiring practices and modern sales management methodologies. A minimum of 4 years is required and a track record of success is a must.
