The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for an existing team. You will be responsible for full cycle talent management. You must feel confident with your ability to hire, train, motivate, mentor and sustain a top producing sales team. There is an established team that is split between NYC and Boston. This candidate will be responsible for managing and growing these teams.
Candidates must have a degree and have a very strong knowledge of SFDC, sales hiring practices and modern sales management methodologies. A minimum of 6 years is required and a track record of success in a must.
Base Comp: $100,000 – $100,000
Total Comp: $190,000 – $215,000
