Our client is an information technology company that delivers market-leading solution to critical information intensive business problems allowing customer to achieve new levels of innovation through the best of breed information integration, data warehouse and MDM Capabilities.
The Lead Development Representative (LDR) is responsible for discovering new business opportunities to support the field sales teams within the fast growing software segment within the Information Management software brand. The LDR is required to develop their own qualified prospects through targeted cold calling as well as following up on suspects that come to them through marketing programs (e.g. web hits seminars, webcasts, etc.). All of the tools to be successful are provided, but you must bring your own drive, enthusiasm and commitment. This position is not a revenue quota carrying position, but rather a lead quota carrying position.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B phone sales as well as some high tech/software background would be a huge plus. Excellent organizational, written and communication skills. Degree is a MUST.
