The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business, building sales process, and leveraging sales methodologies to sustain an inside sales culture of excellence. This entrepreneurial environment requires strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success.
• Minimum of 4+ years of technology sales management experience
• Must have a hunter mentality and know how to drive direct sales
• Process-oriented approach to sales and the ability to clearly articulate it
• Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills.
• Must be ambitious, driven, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Base Comp: $80,000 – $100,000
Total Comp: $150,000 – $170,000
