Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate who wants to be part of a growing Downtown Boston office. This is an opportunity for a talented candidate to be the 1st Inside Business Development Representative in the company. Making 100 calls/day, qualifying opportunities on a data base, and scheduling 10 appointments/day. This candidate will also have the ability to close some deals on the phone. Incredible growth opportunity role – either grow into leadership or into an outside territory manager role.
o 1+ years in a high activity inside sales role. Preferably in the technology vertical
o Ability to make 100+ calls/day and schedule 10 appointments/week
o Comfortable using a CRM, taking detailed phone notes, and working effectively in a team based environment
o Ability to prospect qualify and schedule appointments with diverse decision makers (C-level to a small business owner
