Our client is a global leader in IT systems management software utilizing both cloud-based solutions and on-premise technology through a SaaS based model. They work with mid-sized and enterprise businesses across 20 countries to proactively monitor, manage and run IT assets through their web-based platform. They are looking for an Inside Account Executive to join their growing company.
The Inside Account Executive will be responsible for closing business and meeting or exceeding quota requirements. This person must be high energy, aggressive, driven and very motivated. This position will require following up on inbound leads passed from business development (50%) and hunting new business (50%). Strong phone skills and resilient personality are required.
• 2+ years inside software sales experience
• Prospecting experience
• Track record of success and quota attainment
• Hunter mentality, competitive, driven personality
• Bachelors degree required and strong written and verbal communication skills
Base Comp: $50,000 – $70,000
Total Comp: $100,000 – $140,000
