This is an enterprise sales role where an extroverted personality is a must have. You must be able to manage a sales pipeline within your territory, present at the C-Level and understand a complex sales process. You must be a team player that can coordinate sales team strategy and efforts throughout the sales cycle, meet revenue/margin objectives for the assigned territory on a quarterly basis and ensure successful transition of closed accounts to Client Services. You must feel comfortable providing input to the senior leadership team to improve the overall company performance. You are responsible for the development and management of the sales pipeline within your territory. You must have the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: cold calling, territory development, third-party relationship management and negotiating/closing.
o 5 – 15 years of Enterprise-class sales skills and a proven track record in SaaS software sales required. Comfortable with complex sales.
o Must have track record of success selling 250k – 1 million dollar deal sizes.
o Must be a consistent producer meeting or exceeding quotas
o Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills are essential
o Strong, smart team player
