Global leader in educational travel, providing teachers and students with the resources to travel the world is looking for a Director of Sales. Our client has offices in over 100 countries and is expanding their Boston corporate offices. This is a Sales Management role where you will be running an established team of 10 reps in a New England territory. The team is on pace for double digit growth. This role will have you in the office every day, managing the team’s pipeline, and forecast. You must have the ability to coach and lead and develop sales strategy. Our client affords their Directors autonomy in this role so you must not be afraid to think outside the box and try new things in sales strategies and approach.
Our client is looking for sales and leadership experience in selling services and/or solutions in a transactional sales process as opposed to long sales cycle. You must be able to work with a sense of urgency in leading and managing the team, and have the ability to be innovative in your sales approach. You must have a successful track record with a management style of working in the trenches with your team. You must have the ability to motivate and inspire the whole team as well as the individuals that make up the team; as well as be able to strategize successful sales approaches and manage the team’s forecasts and pipeline. You are a strategist, always looking to innovate and always able to execute.
Base Comp: $90,000 – $125,000
Total Comp: $115,000 – $150,000
