Our client is the market leader in their space. They have experienced double digit growth on an annual basis since 2000 and have accelerated revenue through acquisitions and a very strong leadership team.
The responsibilities of this individual include the management of the total Client Retention team – 2 Managers will report up to this individual. This is a high visible role with tremendous responsibility and revenue goals. This person will hire, train and develop an existing team as well as define and execute a sustainable retention strategy.
Candidates must have a degree and a minimum of 7 years managing a Client Retention sales team. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of hiring and developing sales teams while understanding the importance of client retention and satisfaction. You must also have experience in working towards a revenue goal – not client satisfaction ratings.
Base Comp: $100,000 – $130,000
Total Comp: $175,000 – $200,000
