The Director of Channel Development will be responsible for three teams and three managers. The responsibilities include channel marketing strategy and the creation of incremental revenue streams. You must feel confident with your ability to hire, train, motivate, mentor and sustain a top producing sales team.
Candidates must have a degree and strong channel sales management experience. 7 plus years of management experience is required and strong academic skills are needed. A strategic thinker with channel expertise is required.
