The Account Development Specialist will be responsible for managing existing accounts as well as hunting for new business. You must be strong at identifying decision makers and building relationships. You will be the first line in a complex sale and must be intelligent, driven and passionate.
Candidates must have a degree and 2+ years of sales experience preferable selling consulting services. You must be energetic and excited about working in a fast paced company. You must be polished with excellent phone and written communication skills. You must be able to work autonomously and experience with salesforce.com is a plus.
Base Comp: $50,000 – $60,000
Total Comp: $60,000 – $70,000
